Acceptable Use Policy

You may not generate, upload or distribute content that:

• Sexualises minors in any way (zero-tolerance, immediate termination and report to authorities).
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content or intimate images of identifiable real people.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or facilitates the planning of real-world violence.
• Incites hatred or discrimination against protected groups.
• Provides instructions to create weapons (chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological, firearms).
• Infringes the intellectual-property, trademark, publicity or privacy rights of others.
• Constitutes defamation, harassment, doxxing or credible threats.
• Is intended to deceive (deepfakes of real individuals, fraudulent documents, fake IDs).

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or scraping the Service or its underlying models.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of any system without authorisation.
• Bypassing rate limits, credit allowances or access controls.
• Using automated agents to create accounts, submit prompts or download outputs at scale beyond reasonable use.
• Reselling Service outputs as a competing AI generation product.
• Sharing your account credentials with parties not covered by your subscription.
• Using the Service to send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Interfering with the integrity, security or performance of the Service.

Generative AI can produce confident-looking but inaccurate or biased outputs. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing every output before commercial use, especially anything that will be printed at scale.
• Disclosing AI involvement where required by law or industry guidelines.
• Not passing AI outputs as the work of a specific human artist without their consent.
• Complying with the EU AI Act, the Digital Services Act and any local rules that apply to your use case.

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it to [email protected]. We review every report and respond within 48 hours.

Depending on the severity, we may:

• Remove the offending content.
• Issue a written warning.
• Suspend the account temporarily.
• Terminate the account and refuse future service.
• Report to competent authorities.

Where the law allows, we will tell you the reason for any enforcement action and how to appeal it. Refunds are generally not available for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
