Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Perfecto SARL, a French société à responsabilité limitée registered at 44 Rue Pasquier, 75008 Paris (SIREN 103 854 493). 'You' means the individual or entity that accepts these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• The Service is sold as monthly or annual subscriptions, plus optional credit top-ups.
• One credit equals £0.10 (or local currency equivalent shown at checkout).
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Included monthly credits do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire.
• All prices exclude VAT, which is added where legally required.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You retain all ownership rights in the prompts, references and materials you upload ('Inputs') and in the patterns the Service generates for you ('Outputs').

We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free commercial licence to use, reproduce, modify and distribute Outputs for any lawful purpose, including in physical and digital products.

You grant Perfecto a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate, secure and improve the Service. On the Trial and Standard plans, generated patterns may appear in our public gallery; Pro and Business outputs are private by default.

The Service, including its software, models, designs, brand and documentation, is owned by Perfecto SARL and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, decompile, scrape or create derivative works of the Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

The Service relies on third-party processors (payment, hosting, AI inference). We are not liable for outages or failures of these providers, but we will work in good faith to restore service.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. We will give reasonable notice unless the breach is material or unlawful.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Generated outputs are produced by AI and you are responsible for verifying their suitability for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfecto's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Perfecto harmless from any third-party claim arising from your Inputs, your Outputs, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
