Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing Perfecto AI. Every paid plan and credit top-up is covered by a 14-day refund window — no questions, no fine print.

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. This applies to:

  • Trial purchase (50 credits / £5).
  • First payment of a Standard, Pro or Business subscription.
  • Credit top-ups, provided fewer than 50% of the purchased credits have been used.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on file with the order number and a brief reason. We do not require justification — the reason helps us improve the product.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear on your statement.

Renewals

Subscription renewals (the second and subsequent monthly or annual charges) are non-refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.

Exclusions

Refunds are not available where:

  • You have used more than 50% of the credits associated with the purchase.
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after the original payment.
  • You are requesting a refund of a renewal payment (see above).

EU consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer in the European Union, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service before the end of the withdrawal period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster than your bank. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of dispute fees.
